I highly recommend Dr. Shore — he is an absolute professional. I consulted three top surgeons about my partially detached Achilles tendon, which had troubled me for four years, and Dr. Shore was the only one who encouraged me to avoid surgery and focus instead on symptom management. That approach ultimately led to a complete recovery, without going under the knife. His rare, truly patient-focused care spared me surgery and months of rehab, and I am extremely grateful.
Dr. Shore is terrific! He and his team are professional, responsive and friendly. Being in LA, we have a lot of options, but I'm glad I went with him for my hip replacement surgery. I cannot express how much I appreciated Dr. Shore from first meeting thru the hip replacement surgery process. That man is truly incredible and what makes him so extraordinary is that combination of doctoring skills and his "bedside manner". At 76 years old and, by my own admission, a true "nervous nelley" he and his staff were an incredible experience from their dealing with my fear of needles throughout the cortisone injections in the year before, to the process of the surgery itself. His anesthesiologist, Dr. Chun I believe, was terrific!!! Lastly and probably the most incredible part of my experience was the incredible care and responses I received from his assistant Mellany .... she was ALWAYS there for me with timely responses to my many questions and concerns and became a true friend thru the whole experience. I don't know how she took care of her other patients as well. Dr. Shore is truly blessed to have her in his employ. Thank you again Dr. Shore for the true blessing you became in my life.
